Training session with CQC Inspectors

One small step for man, four steps to independence…

Our ‘Spread the Word’ campaign has now reached the ears of the Care Quality Commission. This week we’ve started a series of training sessions with CQC inspectors. Care home staff need to have a re-engagement programme and the training to implement it.
